The Almanack of World Football 2009 was published in September 2008 and covers world football in the 2007 and 2007-08 seasons.

The fourth year of the Almanack covers the brilliant performance of the Spanish national team at the finals of UEFA 2008 in Austria and Switzerland for which there are full match details - as well as for the qualifiers.
